A spontaneous team lunch broke out today. We had a good discussion about the first 5 days of our Biggest Loser Challenge -- admittedly there was some whining about sweeteners and soda (but not too bad!) -- but mostly we talked about eating strategies and accountability partners. I'm going to send a lotus notes invite to all for a weekly team meeting, followed by an "eating strategies" lunch, that will allow us to catch up with each other and hear about what's working, and what's not working, for individuals on the team.
Everyone now has an accountability partner -- I'd like to know what your plans are to keep each other on track. Post your ideas!

Mandy and I help each other when we want to make a bad choice. We text back and forth. We also talk about exercising and if we got it in or not. We help each other stay stronger.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait until the next lunch to share this one. My reward for my workout today. Vanilla protein shake, mixed with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and frozen raspberries. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS-15 grams of protein and it was like eating ice cream...hhhmmmmm solves that food craving thing too! Can't wait to try it with my frozen, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. YUMMY Now I can finish watching the Packer game and resist the urge to snack while my chicken and vegetables roast in the oven. :)
ReplyDeleteDid a team accountibility move yesterday. I was going down for lunch when I noticed Tom M. waiting for the elevator! I told him to take the stairs with me and later reported his infraction to his accountibilty partner Joe H. Gotta love it!
