What is the best time for a group Workout?

Post comments here to let me know which time is best for a group workout.  We'll schedule at least one per week, but if there's a definite split in times, we will have two each week.  You can then choose to attend one, or both!  Work outs will take place in the Maryville Centre gym and last for 1 hour. 

Tuesdays 6AM or 5:30PM                                                                                                                      
Thursdays 6AM or 5:30PM

  6. My religion will not allow me to wake up early enough for any morning workouts!!!! I have my cuties every Tues and Thurs, so single daddy duties there. Mon, Wed I'm good. Or Tues and Thurs during lunch time.

  12. I can do any morning but with advance notice I can schedule a evening work out. Ted is scheduling a Tuesday night call session from 5:30-8:00 so that night may not working for me going fwd. He isn't on the other team is he????
